SPECTRA is the debut album from Pink Skies, the psychedelic-pop project of Bay Area-based artist and producer Arieh Berl. Recorded in isolation on a remote island in Washington in the dead of winter, SPECTRA is a full-spectrum psychedelic journey — woozy, maximal, and cinematic, drawing on every sonic frequency from psych-rock and chillwave to R&B and pop. The result is an album that feels like floating through a retro space saga: haunting, kaleidoscopic, and completely its own world.
